What should I send with a repair inquiry?
Send the equipment type, manufacturer and model if known, a description of the problem and your contact details. Tag photos, overall photos and close-ups of damage help the team understand the job.
Can you help if I do not know which part has failed?
Yes. Start with the equipment and symptoms. IMH provides diagnostics and troubleshooting; the next step depends on the system and the issue.
Do you offer more than component repairs?
Yes. IMH offers machining, fabrication, custom manufacturing, hydraulic power units, automation and control solutions, plus field service and inspections.
How do I get pricing and turnaround information?
Contact IMH with your equipment details. Pricing, scope and timing depend on the component, condition, required parts and availability. No turnaround is promised by this website.
Where is the shop, and when is it open?
15921 Pine Street, Santa Fe, Texas 77517. Monday through Friday, 7AM–5PM Central. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Call before arranging a drop-off or site visit.
